Mrs. Rekha Khanduri


Mrs. Rekha Khanduri is backed by over 35 years of teaching experience. She joined the Cathedral & John Connon School in 1989 and had been there since. Along with teaching, the management decided to give her the responsibility of Headmistress of the Senior School in 1998. She carried out her duties with dedication, integrity and a high sense of values. During her tenure she was considered a great mentor & team player and endeared herself to the children, parents and colleagues. She retired in 2011 when the school completed and celebrated 150 years. Previously she has worked at Delhi Public School, as an English teacher with the La Lalle School, HongKong.

After retirement she has been advising Scholar High School since 2012 to bring the school to its former glory. She has been an avid sportsperson. Her hobbies are reading and her passion continues to be education.

Mrs. Khanduri lives in the neighbourhood of Saibaba Path MPS and commits her time for the school two days a week.

Mr. Nandan Maluste


Nandan is Honorary Secretary & Treasurer of Bombay First and has also volunteered as an officer of the Bombay Gymkhana, the Rotary Club of Bombay, CRY-Child Rights & You, the Confederation of Indian Industry, etc.

Nandan has worked in India, the United Kingdom and the Gulf as public accountant, management consultant, journalist, advertising executive, entrepreneur, angel investor, board member of companies, trusts and societies, researcher and consultant in government, investment and private banker. Some of the organisations he has worked for include Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers), Lintas, the Indian Institute of Public Administration, HSBC and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Apart from speaking regularly at professional, industry and academic, events, Nandan has presented to Parliament’s Standing Committee on Finance. He has been published in R&D Management (Oxford), World Affairs (New Delhi), Business India (Mumbai), etc. been interviewed for the press, TV and radio, and addressed live audiences on three continents.

Nandan was educated at the Cathedral & John Connon School, Mumbai; Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School, England and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

Mr. Milind Sarwate


Is CEO of Increate Value Advisors LLP, began his second career as an entrepreneur- in 2015 after 32 fruitful years in corporate leadership roles in Finance, HR, Strategic Planning, Business Development & Product Supply, across various sectors, largely Consumer Products & services, in groups such as Marico & Godrej.

He holds independent Non-Executive Board membership in Companies- 4 listed- Glenmark, Mindtree, Geometric and International Paper & 3 unlisted-, House of Anita Dongre & Eternis. Also, plays advisory value creation roles and Mentorship of CFOs/ other professionals & Widening the social impact of a leading NGO.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant & Company Secretary; a B. Com. (Honours) from the University of Bombay, and a CII-Fulbright Fellow (1996 Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA).

He received the ICAI Award -CFO – FMCG category 2011, CNBC TV-18 Best Performing CFO Award -FMCG & Retail-2012. During 2013, the CFO India magazine inducted me to the CFO India Hall of Fame.

Dr. Raju P. Khubchandani


Dr. Raju P. Khubchandani is the Director of Pediatrics and in charge of the Pediatric Rheumatology Clinic at Mumbai’s Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre.

Dr Khubchandani’s major area of interest and specialization for the last 15 years has been pediatric rheumatology and he has cared for over two thousand children with musculoskeletal diseases.

Dr. Khubchandani maintains a keen interest in childhood asthma and respiratory diseases such as cystic fibrosis and such children are seen as a part of his general pediatric consultations.
